Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to be shipped out?

Orders are usually shipped the same, or next, business day depending on what time the order was received.  Orders received before 12pm EST will usually ship the same business day, and orders received after that will usually ship the next business day.  We guarantee that all orders will ship in 2 business days or less.

Will I have to pay import/customs fees, charges and/or taxes? (Outside USA)

The prices listed on our website do not include customs, taxes or VAT and any other courier handling fees.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes and/or fees that are assessed by their country.

We have no control over your country's import fees or taxes and do not know what they will be.  These fees and taxes will vary from country to country and we have no way of knowing what they may be.  The best way to determine what your import charges may be to contact your local customs office.

If you decide to abandon the package it will be destroyed by your local customs office and no refunds will be issued.

Can you change the price on the Commercial Invoice to a lower value so that I don't have to pay as much import taxes?

No, we will not falsify customs documents.  The price on Commercial Invoice will reflect the retail price on the website.

Where are orders shipped from?

We are located in the USA and orders ship from our warehouse just south of Cincinnati, OH.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains a tracking number and link to track your package.

If you do not see this email in your inbox please check your spam folder.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

All of our shipments are shipped with tracking and insurance but not for the full retail value. We reserve the right to cancel an order instead of replacing the item. This will require a reasonable waiting period before considering a shipment as lost in transit, based on location and time of year. Filing for lost parcel can take some time and we would require a physical/digital proof that the claim has been lodged and states that customer did not receive the item. 

Lost package claims may be investigated by carriers, and fraudulent claims may be prosecuted. 

We cannot and do not take responsibility for packages which are stolen after being marked as delivered, or packages lost by couriers after attempting to make delivery, but were unable to gain access to your delivery location. Please be sure to consider this when providing your shipping address. 

If you believe your order has been lost or stolen after delivery was made or attempted, please contact your local post office with your tracking number, and inquire with your neighbors.

Warranty Information

The SEIKOAK warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, SEIKOAK will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 6 months after the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use, cosmetic damages caused by normal wear and tear, any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted and conditions/malfunctions/damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover routine service or maintenance which may be required within the warranty period, including but not limited to demagnetization, or adjustments for accuracy resulting from the watch suffering an impact which affects the balance.

We recommend our customer to carefully inspect all SEIKOAK products before altering its condition by unwrapping and wearing it. If you find something wrong with your watch, let us know as soon as possible so we can fix the problem sooner than later.
