Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancelled Orders

A Return is when a customer receives the product they ordered and would like to send it back and receive their money back.

An Exchange is when a customer received the product they ordered and would like to send it back and get a different product instead.

A Cancelled Order is when a customer places an order and then changes their mind and no longer wants it.

Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We have a 14-day return policy which means that if you would like to return your order we must receive it within 14 days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible for return your item must be in 100% new condition.  This means that it must be in the exact same condition that it was in when you received it.  All tags, stickers, and protective plastic must be in place and have never been removed.  It must also be in the original packaging.

There are no exceptions and returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of usage.

To start a return, contact us using the Contact form on this website.  If your return is accepted you will send your package back to us through USPS with a tracking number.  Once your package has been sent you will email us the tracking number.  The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

After your returned package has been received and confirmed to be in new condition your refund will be issued to the payment method that was used during checkout.

Purchases made outside of the USA (this includes mail forwarding services) are not eligible to be returned.

Only items that have been purchased from SEIKOAK.com are eligible for return.  Products purchased through other resellers or distributors are not eligible for return.

Please allow up to 10 days for returns to be processed.

Exchange Policy

Cancelled Order Policy

If you would like to cancel an order before it has shipped there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that have already been shipped must be returned or exchanged and cannot be cancelled.

We are charged transaction fees on all incoming and outgoing transactions.  So, if you place an order and want to cancel it before it has shipped you will be responsible for the transaction processing fees of 10% of the total transaction amount.
